Matt was the service technician that came out to my house for an inspection and the quarterly bait checks. He was absolutely great at identifying the issue and quickly finding a resolution for it! He definitely went above and beyond by suggesting the most appropriate bait for inside my home that would not affect my 2 cats and put the outside bait boxes closer to the house for better protection. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience very pleasant and reassuring. I would love to request Matt to come service my home each time I have an inspection or box check!

Brandon came out to do a full inspection of our problem. He took the time to call me prior to his arrival and he took my phone call when I called back. He was very informative of my situation and took the time to explain everything to me. I felt no pressure in buying any service but I feel the company has been very honest and professional throughout this whole ordeal.
