We have used Myles Pest control for a few years now and have always been impressed with the people. Everyone we have interacted with, from those at the central office to the individual technicians, cares and is very detail-oriented.

When I called to set up a service call Alyson responded in an extremely courteous and professional manner to set up an appointment for the next day. Hunter arrived on time and quickly identified the problem - carpenter ants. He performed a full inspection to look for any other problems and treated the ant infestation. I was very pleased with the professionalism displayed by Myles.

I had a problem that needed immediate attention. Within 20 minutes Andrew was here and did a full assessment, and then returned within an hour to spray. I highly recommend them.

Miles pest control is very, very good! Hunter consistently communicated with me as to when he would be at my house. The front office asked me specific questions about my pest problem so that they would know exactly what they were dealing with. When Hunter showed up, he was professional and courteous. He already knew what the problem was, indicating that the front office had filled him in regarding my issue. He arrived promptly when he said he would and finished installing the traps quickly and without any damage to my house.

I ended up not needing a treatment but Hunter was awesome to work with. He didn’t try to upsell me since I didn’t need a treatment and was very friendly and thorough and will definitely use them when I do need treatment for my house. I recommend him highly.
