The young man was very friendly and very thorough. He asked where we were having problems and then explained why the bugs were coming in and sprayed where he thought it would help. He also said if we noticed any bugs in 3 weeks just to call back and he would come back out.

I had interaction with office personnel and 2 techs. All were very personable and professional. The two techs were courteous, respectful of property, and knowledgeable.

I especially like how you will receive a text from the tech of ETA and it will have their photo included.

First time using this company, and I'm impressed already. I was terrified, horrified and frantic to see that we might have a mouse roaming our house... YUCK! Hunter came out and set out rat bait and will come out to check on them every other month. He gave us great tips and how to handle this horrific revelation. Miles pest control is very, very good! Hunter consistently communicated with me as to when he would be at my house. The front office asked me specific questions about my pest problem so that they would know exactly what they were dealing with. When Hunter showed up, he was professional and courteous. He already knew what the problem was, indicating that the front office had filled him in regarding my issue. He arrived promptly when he said he would and finished installing the traps quickly and without any damage to my house.

Excellent customer experience and fantastic service. Hunter throughly addressed my concerns regarding termites and educated me on what to look for regarding termite damage. I do have the termite prevention treatment plan. He reassured me that I don't have termites.
