First time using this company, and I'm impressed already. I was terrified, horrified and frantic to see that we might have a mouse roaming our house... YUCK! Hunter came out and set out rat bait and will come out to check on them every other month. He gave us great tips and how to handle this horrific revelation. When I called to set up a service call Alyson responded in an extremely courteous and professional manner to set up an appointment for the next day. Hunter arrived on time and quickly identified the problem - carpenter ants. He performed a full inspection to look for any other problems and treated the ant infestation. I was very pleased with the professionalism displayed by Myles.
