In a day and age where it is so hard to find a service industry that provides any kind of superior service…when I receive it, I like to share it with others.

We had a terrible smell coming from my bathroom and it appeared to be coming from the ceiling. It was horrible, and I feared it was something dead in the wall. I called my neighbors across the street and asked for a recommendation. The Couture family suggested Miles Pest Services.

Great service. Called this morning about pest issues and they made it out the same day. Jacob was professional and thorough. What impressed me most is that I paid for a more expensive treatment. After Jacob inspected the house he said it wasn't as bad and recommended a cheaper service. Most people/companies would just take the money. Very pleased!

I've used Myles in the past and thought they were fair and got the job done. This time we are dealing with smart rodents. Stephen has been on time everytime he's come out, he even came back to my house after he had already left because I ran late at work.

When I called to set up a service call Alyson responded in an extremely courteous and professional manner to set up an appointment for the next day. Hunter arrived on time and quickly identified the problem - carpenter ants. He performed a full inspection to look for any other problems and treated the ant infestation.
