I am trying to get my dad’s house ready to sell. He had ant beds all over the front and back yards, some against the house. The first pest service I called did not do anything less than a one year contract. Told me nobody did anymore. The next call I made was to Myles Pest Service. They impressed me from start to finish. Scheduled to come treat for ants and wasps and came out the next week. Treatments worked! Also discovered possible evidence of termites. Scheduled to get treatment for that the following week.

We had a routine visit today. Wouldn't hear the door when he came in the first place but I messaged and asked to come back and do the inside and he came back right away. Miles has great service and will come out in between visits if there's a need! Thanks again!

Matt was the service technician that came out to my house for an inspection and the quarterly bait checks. He was absolutely great at identifying the issue and quickly finding a resolution for it! He definitely went above and beyond by suggesting the most appropriate bait for inside my home that would not affect my 2 cats and put the outside bait boxes closer to the house for better protection. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience very pleasant and reassuring. I would love to request Matt to come service my home each time I have an inspection or box check!

Called and they came out within the day for rodent attic consultation. The technician Brandon was very reasonable and talked me through all the options. I appreciated that they (he and the company) seemed more honest/forthright than other companies. I signed up for a year of pest service and am optimistic that my rodent issues will be over soon.
