Called and they came out within the day for rodent attic consultation. The technician Brandon was very reasonable and talked me through all the options. I appreciated that they (he and the company) seemed more honest/forthright than other companies. I signed up for a year of pest service and am optimistic that my rodent issues will be over soon. Matt was the service technician that came out to my house for an inspection and the quarterly bait checks. He was absolutely great at identifying the issue and quickly finding a resolution for it! He definitely went above and beyond by suggesting the most appropriate bait for inside my home that would not affect my 2 cats and put the outside bait boxes closer to the house for better protection. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience very pleasant and reassuring. I would love to request Matt to come service my home each time I have an inspection or box check!

Came out for a free inspection and shared helpful tips on how to proceed. Ultimately not a fit for my single treatment needs, but was offered no pressure options and an honest appraisal. Would call again if needing regular preventative treatment.

I had interaction with office personnel and 2 techs. All were very personable and professional. The two techs were courteous, respectful of property, and knowledgeable.

I especially like how you will receive a text from the tech of ETA and it will have their photo included.
