The service is fabulous. I almost never have to wait on them to come treat my home. 9/10 times they have someone out here same day. The guys that come and treat are always so nice and helpful! 10/10 would recommend!

Tim came and performed quarterly rat inspection and rebating the boxes.

He was punctual, friendly, timely and communicated well in performing all aspects of the inspection.

From the vantage point of my office windows in my home, it seemed that our technician for the day, Tim, and his assistant, were very thorough in their inspection and treatment of our home for insects and pests, notably ants.

Matt was the service technician that came out to my house for an inspection and the quarterly bait checks. He was absolutely great at identifying the issue and quickly finding a resolution for it! He definitely went above and beyond by suggesting the most appropriate bait for inside my home that would not affect my 2 cats and put the outside bait boxes closer to the house for better protection. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience very pleasant and reassuring. I would love to request Matt to come service my home each time I have an inspection or box check!

I've used Myles in the past and thought they were fair and got the job done. This time we are dealing with smart rodents. Stephen has been on time everytime he's come out, he even came back to my house after he had already left because I ran late at work.

This company was highly recommended by my neighbors so I reached out for some help. Hunter was on time, he had even texted to tell me he was on his way. He did an evaluation of our house and our needs, even tolerating my pups enthusiasm for him. He inspected our attic, trees, and yard for pests. He explained their pricing, and their service plans very well. It is refreshing to see a service professional actually acting as such these days! Hunter was full of helpful knowledge. Looking forward to starting up with a monthly service plan in the near future.

We had carpenter ants and needed quick service. By chance I chose Myles. They could come the next day and cost was reasonable. We got to talking - I said something about squirrels in the attic and they fixed that too. Now they come every 4 months. Their exterminators are well trained, personable, mannerly and clean. Like Boy Scouts. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I ended up not needing a treatment but Hunter was awesome to work with. He didn’t try to upsell me since I didn’t need a treatment and was very friendly and thorough and will definitely use them when I do need treatment for my house. I recommend him highly.
