My husband took care of all our pest issues for many years. Now we need help. I’m glad we found Tim Dawson with Myles Pest Services. He is knowledgeable and efficient. I am trying to get my dad’s house ready to sell. He had ant beds all over the front and back yards, some against the house. The first pest service I called did not do anything less than a one year contract. Told me nobody did anymore. The next call I made was to Myles Pest Service. They impressed me from start to finish. Scheduled to come treat for ants and wasps and came out the next week. Treatments worked! Also discovered possible evidence of termites. Scheduled to get treatment for that the following week.

I ended up not needing a treatment but Hunter was awesome to work with. He didn’t try to upsell me since I didn’t need a treatment and was very friendly and thorough and will definitely use them when I do need treatment for my house. I recommend him highly.

Matt was the service technician that came out to my house for an inspection and the quarterly bait checks. He was absolutely great at identifying the issue and quickly finding a resolution for it! He definitely went above and beyond by suggesting the most appropriate bait for inside my home that would not affect my 2 cats and put the outside bait boxes closer to the house for better protection. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience very pleasant and reassuring. I would love to request Matt to come service my home each time I have an inspection or box check!
